Have you ever seen one of those million dice-rolling apps and went "man, I wish this was useful"? After all, nearly everyone who needs dice has dice.
What most people don't have is everything else: cards, coins, character tokens and the like. And while you can ask google to flip a coin or start a timer, it's not very elegant, and you can't as easily ask it to draw 3 different cards without including spades, much less order them in a space.

That's where TableTron comes in!

TableTron is a virtual table program made to be useful and simple. Objects are easy to use and customize. The table itself is 2D, top-down, and tile based. Select from around two dozen objects, including:

  • Dice: Good ol' dice. You can alter how many faces they have and what color they are.
  • Cards: You can change what suits are and aren't in a deck of cards. When you draw a card from a deck, its permanently removed from that deck.
  • Dice Trays: Takes the values of all objects placed on it and returns either the sum, average, highest or lowest value. You can change the dimensions of the tray.
  • Tokens: Either provide a constant numerical value for dice trays; Or show a specific special symbol such as a star or a heart; Or shows a sprite, for a character token.
  • Textboxes: A draw-mode object. Lets you write text. You can alter the color of the text, its background, and its outline.

  • Keyboard & Mobile Accessible: Despite being intended to be used with a mouse, TableTron is fully capable without one!
    • On keyboard, you can move the cursor with the arrow keys, and use X and Z as left- and right-click, respectively.
    • On mobile, you can move the cursor by tapping the screen, open the object options menu by double-tapping an object adder, and move objects with a dedicated moving tool.
  • Save Files: You can save your tables as .ttron files to be edited or opened later. On your PC, from your appdata folder, you can find your saved tables at:
    ...\Picotron\exp\shared\drive\appdata\ttron\tables\
  • Manual: By pressing F1, or through the options menu, you can open a manual describing each object available and other useful information.
  • Modding: TableTron is coded to be modding-accessible: You can find the mod menu in the settings. Modding documentation TBA!
